The acceleration of the urbanization process makes urban rapid expansion andcontinuing extend to the surrounding areas. Parts of the new urban’s infrastructuresand transport facilitie between cities s have to build on the lands, which have earlyused as landfill formed garbage and industrial waste.There are many study about the municipal solid waste in garbage site, whichincluding the strength characteristics, deformation law, and physical-chemicalproperties. The study about bored piles in garbage site is relatively little. And the fewone is focused on the loss of the slurry during construction process and groundwaterpollution. The study about landfill leachate affect durability of the pile is less.In the few study about buildings located in landfill site, people have found thatthe leachate in soil has a strong corrosive effect on Building foundation and causes themud slurry lost. Besides, chloride and sulfate ions in the leachate will cause concreteerosion and steel corrosion. While the reasult about bored pile construction processand quality will be impacted by leachate, there is unknow.In this paper, the measured data of Qingdao North Station field trials was used toanalyze the impact of landfill leachate on the compressive strength of concrete, andthe landfill leachate effect of slurry into the slurry bored piles. Through acomprehensive analysis of the two,I reached the following findings.First, comparing with the concret conservated in curing room, the oneconservated in leachate has different compressive strength. Which is lower thancuring room ones during28day of age, and higher during90day of age.Second, in a short time and same curing condition, the concret configurated withleachate has a high strength than the one with drinking water. The strength is higher35%in7day of age and20%in28day of age.Third, the effect of landfill leachate on the mud weight and viscosity is less than rate of slurry colloidal. With the increase of leachate Mud will have a greatersegregation.The conclusions are as followings:First one, landfill leachate can enhance the strength of concrete in a short term.Second one, landfill leachate has a great impact on the rate of slurry colloidal.And this will cause segregation during mud construction. |
