With the attention for energy shortage and environmental pollution problems, the solarcell industry is expanding quickly, solar energy will became one of main energy in thefuture.. Therefore, the research of solar cells integrated test system, the importantinstrument during the process of solar cells’ manufacturing and study, has a very importantsignificance.This paper describes the solar cells as well as the test technology. Analysis on the testprinciples and test methods is also done in the thesis. On the basis, the article designs aHigh-performance solar cells integrated test system.The testing system set simulated solar light by using short xenon lamp. The powersupply system of the simulator was developed. Making use of the computer and the dataacquisition card, the value of solar cells’ current and voltage could be obtained. Hardwaredesign includes five independent modules, such as current test module, voltage test module,electronic load module, temperature test module and irradiance test module. The thesis usedcombination programming of Visual C++and MATLAB to compile main program.Software design includes four independent parts, such as data collection, data analysis, datamanagement and data compared. And spectral mismatchs correction was realized bymodeling with the MATLAB neural network toolbox.According to the simulation test, the solar simulator has the advantage of uniformityand stable. It is proved that the system performance meets the industrial designrequirements, such as efficient test, friendly interface, high accuracy and so on by testingand results analyzing. The system reaches intended target.
