| With the development of world economy, decrease the non-renewableresources, the energy issue as the world most concern, ITER is in order to solve theenergy crisis and plan.External vacuum cryostat is the outer parts of ITERTokamak,provides vacuum environment for ITER tokamak device,avoid excessiveheat was transferred to magnet system and thermal shield. In order to make sure thesafety of host under the extreme case that helium leak&plasma brust,the Cryostatmust have enough strength to meet the design requirements.This paper first introduced the basic principle and device of tokamak,thenintroduced the structure parameters and mechanical properties of cryostat,becauseITER cryostat is more complex structures.It is hard to calculate the actualmechanics properties.So this paper research mechanical characteristics of ITERcryostat through computer simulation with finite element method. This paperintroduced the core idea of the finite element method and the analysis process.Itprovide the theory basis for the use of finite element analysis tools for simulationresearch.According to structure characteristics of the cylinder of ITER,do thestress analysis for cryostat.According to the analysis process of finite element method,build shell modalof cryostat with CATIA modeling tools.Mesh with the tools Hypermesh to establishthe finite element modal of cryostat.Finally,do the static load analysis of thecylinder of ITER cryostat with the finite element analysis tools ANSYS.Andaccording to the strength theory to analysis the results which are evaluated.Focuses on the analysis of the influence on the structure of cryostat because ofthe change of electromagnetic field of ITER tokamak’s magnets system andplasma.First it introduced the electromagnetic field theory of the conductivebody,then establish mathematical model of the3D vortex field with T,-method.According to the finite element theory and electromagnetic field theory,dothe finite element simulation analysis of cryostat on electromagnetic field.Establish3D finite element modal which electromagnetic analyses need.MajorDisruption(MD)liner36ms is considered for transient electromagnetic analysis.Inthis paper,the electromagnetic analysis results about cryostat lay the foundation for the subsequent in-depth study. |
