| With crisis of energy resources and increased environmental pollution, thedevelopment of electric vehicles (EVs) has been highlighted throughout the world.The motor driving system is one of the most important core components of theelectric vehicles, and it is great significance to study its key technologies. Currently,many motors were used in electric vehicles. Switched reluctance motor(SR motor)seems to be one of the best solution of electric vehicles driving motor due to itsgood performance such as simple structure, low-cost, efficient system, multi-controllable parameters, start-up currents is small but start-up torque is high. It hasgreat potential for development. This dissertation carries out joint study of keytechnologies of SR driving system (SRD) for EV based on the Science andTechnology projects in Anhui Province.Firstly, based on the results of the predecessors and all kinds of reference, thispaper introduces the current application and development of electrical driven motorin EV. The developmental direction and the pop issue of SRD are put forward inthis paper. It describes the background of the project and the main contents of thepaper.Secondly, the basic equations and the ideal linear model of the SR motor areestablished, and the operating characteristics are analyzed. At the same time, theoverall program of the SR motor driving system of the pure electric vehicle isdesigned. The rated power, speed and other parameters of SR motor are matchedwith the driving system by using basic automotive theory and motor knowledge.The SR motor shape is designed to facilitate the installation of the vehicle.Then, a new method of direct instantaneous torque control for the switchedreluctance motor is proposed. The double-loop control of speed and torque aredescribed. A linear simulation model of the SR motor controlling system isestablished based on MATLAB/SIMULINK, and the simulation results show thatthis control method can effectively reduce the torque ripple and be good at responseof the following speed.Finally, the6/4three-phase SR motor controller is designed based on adedicated DSP chip. It is taken full advantage of the chip resources to design apower-driven, current detection and voltage detection circuits. Experiment of the SR motor controlling system is made on the no-load condition. The phase currentwave and value is test and analyzed. With the assistance of the co-operation, thepower and reliability tests of the pure electric vehicle are taken. The SR motordriving system can meet the pure electric vehicle performance requirements. It hasan important reference value for further research and development of SR motordriving system of electric vehicles. |
