Presently, going with aerocraft’ system becoming more and more flexible, we discovered manytypes of aerocraft’ test systems being in weak of mobility, mensurability and in bad nicety ofconfirming manufaction and so on in different degrees. The study researched the change of the systemof test system in present, which had better pertinence and practical meaning of predigesting the testsystem’s connecting, having the level of the test higher, advancing the flexible and the level of service,test and diagnoseThe study mostly researched the technology of aerocraft’ test, analyzed the actuality anddevelopment of the test, deeply discussed the requirement and development of BIT used in aerocraft’test, from a technical point of view of the aerocraft application The field of application in testaerocraft technologylayers, steps, etc, and the field based on previous aerocraft a variety of practicalproblems encountered in test use of technology and look forward to the aerocraft’ test technologywithin the field of machine extension and several applications Application direction; as the basis for thetechnology to start the design practice, applications for the UAV airborne test object, through thestructure and testing parameters of the measured object classification and analysis, conducted airborneequipment design for test; while introducing CAN bus, only the combination with ATE and BIT theway to complete the prototype in test technology-Test controller design,and conducted a systematicexperimental verification.Through technology and design of experiments, in test aerocraft proved the application oftechnology to improve how effective the test aerocraft and integrated support capabilities, throughinnovative design concept of using technology to solve things in the past the field of flight test flightThe troubleshooting of problems, which enhance the ability of flight test design,test sucdessrate,testsfficiency,enhance the overall level of professional testing with large help. Also true for the field to carryout flight testing techniques based on machine design lay the foundation for sys testing.
