In recent years, the shortage of energy supply and environmental destruction have become the major global problems, countries all over the world are actively taking steps to solve the problems related. PV power generation is one of the most promising clean power generations. PV power generation technology is used in huge energy consumption field of building, which has a very important practical significance to alleviate the energy crisis and improve environment quality.Power consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of public buildings are the largest per square metre in a variety of buildings, but in this type of building the energy demand are stable and the concentration of power management. Application of PV power generation in public building has good prospects for development and demonstration effect. Based on this, Combining corridor lighting of the teaching building of public building with PV power as research objectives, and analysis some key technical issues about this in this paper. The main research content summary is as follows:(1) Deeply analysis of the working characteristic of the solar array and the commonly used six of the strategy of the MPPT, and give six corresponding control flowcharts. Through the comprehensive analysis, the system adopts a simple and effective MPPT that is the variable step length microscale admittance method in this paper. And simulation in MATLAB proves the correctness of this control method.(2) Introduction of the VRLA battery working principle and the characteristics of the charging and discharging, the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used charging control are analyzed in PV power generation system. Based on the MPPT, three-step charging control method is adopted for improving the charging efficiency and extending the battery service life.(3) Detailed elaboration of the basic principle of SPWM, and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the SPWM software and moduation by comparing. In order to improve steady precision and dynamic response speed of the output voltage, the system adopts voltage2-loop control method that is the outer loop RMS PI control and inner instantaneous P control.(4) Introduce the design scheme of the power main circuit and control circuit. The principle of the DC/AC converter Buck circuit and DC/AC converter bridge inverter circuit and their related parameter selection is analyzed. The controller that based on the soc level C8051F350MCU is designed. The controller proves adopted method of the charge and SPWM whether is right or not, and gives the necessary waveform about the experiment. From the results of simulation and experimental, the adopted control method and designed circuit are very practical, and achieve the intended purpose.Finally, through the research summary, and puts forward the idea of the more optimization control. and hope to provide some reference for the deep study and the follow-up continuous improvement.
