The long-term sedimentation of the Highway in Southeast China hasa direct impact on driving comfort and safety, Increasing the roadmaintenance and repair cost. Therefore, the the long term sedimentationprediction and judgment of Soft Soil Foundation under transport cyclicloading draws more and more researchers’ attention. With the high Trafficflow and heavy transportation facilities layout in the southeast coastalareas, the subject needs to be focused.Taking the traffic load as the background and Hangzhou silty soil asthe research object and Laboratory experiments and theoretical deductionas the study means, the paper do the systematic study over deformationcharacteristics and dynamic response of the saturated mealy soil undercyclic loading, drawing some useful results. The main work contains thefollowing:1.Introduce the research status home and aboard of the deformationcharacteristics and the dynamic response of the traffic soil under cyclicloading. 2.Basing on the indoor cyclic triaxial test data, the research exploresthe failure criterion and dynamic characteristics of the Hangzhou siltysoil in the long cyclic loading.3.Basing on the experimental data, the paper maps out the hysteresiscurve during experimental process. Then, basing on the stiffnesssoftening model and theplastic strain accumulation model, the paperderives the dynamic constitutive model taking the stiffness softeningand strain accumulation into account.According to the test data of triaxial experiment of remodeling soildynamic, through comparison, the fitted equation from the calculatecurve has a good agreement with the measured values....
