Reseach And Design On Security System Engineering Of Intelligent District

Security system engineering is the most effective technical measure to realize intelligentcentralized district management and security guard, which is also an effective combination ofcivil defense, technology defense, and physical defense. The system can provide the residents anideal, safe, and user-satisfied residential space. Residential district security system generallyincludes a perimeter prevention system, TV monitoring system, electronic petrol system, visualtalkback system, parking management system and family security system, etc. With thecontinuous improvement of the level and wide application of new technologies, security systemsengineering technology will be a necessary and important component intelligent building,intelligent community construction.Based on the intelligent system demand of residential area, this paper does research anddesign on the user needs analysis, project scale survey, system configuration, equipmentselection, function introduction, wiring construction of visual talkback system, TV monitoringsystem, parking management system.The main jobs of this paper:1. By widely consulting literatures, reviews the present research situation and development trendof the security system engineering.2. Research on the intelligent district project scale, the design criteria, the design principle,overall design on the security system.3. Research building of the intercom and electric watchman tour system structure, workingprinciple, design principles, in view of the current situation of the district, the intercom system,the function, wiring schemes, etc.4. Research on the development process and system foundation of TV monitoring system.Design the program for equipment configuration of the district monitoring system, systemsolutions, equipment selecting and wiring schemes. 5. Introduces the function, advantages and characteristics of the parking management system. Inthe face of customers who are in the use of this parking management system, does research anddesign on parking management system detecting way, in and out scheme and distributions.
