Study And Development Of The Wheel Radial Fatigue Test Machine

With the rapid development of Chinese automobile industry.and the rising of car production level, people’ requirements on vehicle safety and stability are also getting higher and higher. In this paper, according to the customer’s requirements on the test machine, we have developed a new type of wheel radial fatigue test machine.This testing machine is mainly composed of a host machine, a hydraulic loading system and an electric control system, which is a duplex testing machine. Main drive is transmitted to the drum by the DC motor through a belt. Then the drum drive tested wheel to rotate. The cylinder at the end drives wheel to do linear motion. This paper introduces how to research every part of the testing machine in detail. First of all it is the designing of the host, which includes a frame, driving system, loading system and displacement detection system. Then it is the designing of a hydraulic loading system. which includes design of scheme, parameter. drawing system principle of work and so on. In the end it is the designing of electrical control system, which includes the main circuit auxiliary circuit,electrical cabinet, and software. After the designing, we need to analysis some important components of machine to ensure the security and stability of test machine.After debugging, testing machine runs well. The main process parameters meets the designing requirements and the technical indicators is over the same types of testing machine.
