Owning to the short period and low level of development,piezoelectric motors,which have a new-style of innovative driving principle,still need to continuously explore、 research、and improve on primary stage.At the current time,The disadvantages that low power and small force limit commercial market and practical scope of the devices and could be only used in some smaller size of eletical appliances or instruments.In this paper, Proposed a design,manufacture and drive program about the single-mode piezoelectric motors using more vibrators to increase the power and force.Based on characters,vibration mode stability、 fast response、 high resolution、 easy control of rectangular piezoelectric ceramic plates.Used the method that increased to parallel their quantities and installed their right positions and controlled their frequency to form and keep the same elliptical vibration in the theory.In addtion,in order to ensure the motor could run coordinately,choosed triangle prism form tip which has relatively small adhesion to running motor because of the factors,such as nonlinear of piezoelectic resonators、errors of assembly and so on.Main contents:Designed the general assemble strcruture of the single-mode piezoelectic motor using more vibarators by Catia3D mechanical drawing software.Reserched the tecnology of manufacture and packaging for the model motor. Analysised its crucial part by finite element Ansys software.Used the calculated results of simulation to selecte the material and improve structure. Gived the principle of tracking frequency:detected the different phase of positive and negative zone to control the frequency of rectangular piezoelectric resonators according to their special structure、 driving way、 electrode configuration.
