| With the economic and social development, people put forward higher requirement ofthe building’s outlook, modeling and adaptation to the environment, in addition to thebasic functions of residential and office. Therefore, there appear all kinds ofarchitectural modeling, among which the cantilever architecture is one of the morecommon form. Cantilever architecture is the building type by extending upper buildingoutside using the cantilever beam and plate, which further expand the upper buildingarea. Because of the cantilever structure and high altitude performance characteristics,there exists many difficulties in the design and construction of cantilever architecture,such as the cantilever formwork design, the construction organization design andmanagement of cantilever structure, the safety of high altitude performance, et al.. Itwill cause the cantilever construction dangerously, organization disorderly, managementconfusedly, construction period delayed, and various kinds of resources, such as manuallabor, wasted, and construction safety unreliability. Hence, it has very importantpractical significance to do research on the design and construction of cantileverformwork.Based on the previous studies, this thesis uses the12thlayer of concrete cantileverstructure of water rescue center in Taihu Lake as the research object, calculates andanalyzes the forces and stabilization of the cantilever steel formwork, compiles theconstruction organization design. The main research contents are as follows:(1) Chapter1summarizes the development, types and application of scaffold brieflyand analyzes the application and research status of cantilever scaffold;(2) Chapter2aims at the construction difficulties of cantilever structure of waterrescue center in Taihu Lake, draws up two construction schemes of cantilever structure,whose technical and economic analysis is made to determine the formwork scheme withbenefits of safety of structure, construction conveniently, economics reasonably andstructure simply;(3) Chapter3gives detailed structure design and load analysis on the cantileverformwork construction, calculates the force of each node, checks the overall and local stability of the support structure;(4) Chapter4uses the finite element Midas software and analysis the overall stressesof cantilever formwork, further checks the stability of the support structure. Based onthe finite element result, the support structure optimization design is provided;(5) And finally, chapter5uses the10th,11thand12thlayer structure in relation with theconstruction of cantilever structure and cantilever steel formwork as research object, and compilesthe construction organization design of cantilever steel formwork to ensure the construction of waterrescue center in Taihu Lake smoothly. |
