| To ensure that the hydraulic turbine runs normally and stably with high efficiency on its working condition, we need to carry a few model-tests concerning the efficiency,cavitation and runaway speed of the hydraulic turbine in different working conditions. This paper discusses the general situation of the mechanical and electrical system design of hada mountain hydropower station. We choosed the type of hydroturbine as well as its expected parameters. In order that the hydroturbine have a good working performance, we did a few model-tests on the bulb tubular turbine runner of hada mountain hydropower station by using the given method corresponding to the international standard. The specific works includes the tests of efficiency,cavitation,runaway speed,pressure fluctuation as well as gas supply experiment. We gathered plenty data through the experiments and did analytical caculation with respect to the errors of the related data of the tests. We also analysed the errors of static pressure difference, dynamic pressure difference,test flow,test torque measurement and test speed. The results indicated that all the indicators qualified. |
