The integrated experiment system of process equipment and control engineering is a comprehensive experimental device to do specialty experiment of process equipment and control engineering. Because the comprehensive test only satisfy the requirements of several experiment and can’t complete the whole tasks of the teaching experiment, we design process equipment and control engineering comprehensive test bench according to the actual needs of a unit. This test bed can meet the main teaching experiment requirements of chemical engineering principle, process equipment design, process fluid machinery, process equipment control technology and application.Software Pro/E is used to design the structure of the test bed, including heat exchanger design, buffer tank design, the design of pressure vessels, internal pressure container design and piping design. We choose the model of motor, speed and torque measuring instrument, multistage centrifugal pump, electric piston, speed and torque measuring instrument, multistage centrifugal pump, electric piston pump, heat pump, hot water circulating pump, manual experiment pump, electric control valve, rotameter. orifice flowmeter, the venturi meter and and all kinds of valve. The experiment system is involved in more parts of the components, take use of layered decorate and try to avoid pipeline layout of interlaced. After the design, the heat exchanger is maked hot-structure coupling analysis. The internal pressure vessels and stable tank are maked static analysis. The results show that all the parts of the experiment system can meet the requirements of mechanical properties. |
