In this paper, we have studied a kind of solar cell based on P3HT and PCBM bulk heterojunction structure, and many other conditions just like different solvent, an nealing conditions and methods in order to achieve the purpose of increase the photo voltaic energy conversion efficiency.Using spin-coating method and vacuum thermal evaporation prepared the device based on ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCBM/LiF/Al structure, and by controlling the diffe rent annealing conditions to control the device performance, for the AFM, XRD, spec tral absorption and electrical characteristics of various tests.Without any treatment, the photovoltaic energy conversion efficiency, open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current density and fill factor of the decive can get0.7%,0.57V,2.33mA/cm2and0.545. Under the usual annealing conditions, when the temperature g et to140℃, the photovoltaic energy conversion efficiency, open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current density and fill factor were2.29%,0.64V,5.85mA/cm2and0.613. Th e performance of the device under solvent annealing process is optimal, photovoltaic energy conversion efficiency can be3.79%, open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current density and fill factor were also reached0.63V,9.38mA/cm2and0.641. |
