The subway construction is often in the ground a few meters or even ten meters. But inmany geological conditions, there is more or less groundwater in this depth, in order to ensuredry conditions of construction site, the measures of reducing groundwater levels must be taken.But the adverse effects will be caused by these measures. So as surface settlement will becaused, and the buildings on the ground will be threated too. Therefore, the early preditction ofsurface settlement should be made before pre-construction for precipitation, and the reasonableprecipitation program should be determined. So that the surface settlement, after completion ofsoil consolidation, is reduced and the safety of buildings are guaranteed. This paper based onthe background of shenyang Metro Line, consolidation of precipitation of Bao Gongjie, actualengineering data. And application of ABAQUS Non-linear Finite Element Analysis Softwarefor tunnel excavation analysis, the main as follows:The finite element model of dewatering engineering,Bao Gongjie station in Shenyang, isestablished. And the process of soil dewatering is analyzed. These are obtained that the laws ofsurface settlement and deformation and the change features of internal mechanics caused bydewatering. These will be provided for future dewatering of subway engineering to guidance.By simulation and theoretical analysis of dewatering consolidation process, These areobtained that settlement values of compled consolidation, settlement rate and trend duringdewatering process, and so on. These are analyzed and summarized that the total time and themost economical and effective time of compeled consolidation.The methods of comparative analysis is used. It is simulated and analyzed that the surfacesettlement caused by different dry density and void ratio during consoildation process. Theaffecting laws are summarized that the settlement values, deformation trend, the mechanics andphysical features of soil. And these will be provided reference for other engineerings.
