The urban sludge of recycled aggregate is one of the national research techniquewhich has great significance and wide application.On one hand, production sludgethat come from metallurgical production contains large amounts of heavy metals intothe aggregate by adding concrete to reduce environmental pollution; on the other hand,the concrete materials greatly improve the performance of the anti-radiation, andreduces the harm to people,which is caused by rays. As a result, We will providenuclear power plants to need with strong anti-radiation properties of constructionmaterials sector to provide a new type of high-quality building materials.Of course, we must study the ratio program of the aggregate meet the needs ofthe industrial production.We need to study what kind of aggregate has the bestanti-radiation performance.This article rely on the project of urban sludge recycledaggregate consumptive technology,and discuss using γ-ray transmission method todetermine the method of the test the absorption coefficient of the aggregate, theprojects which study the different proportions of aggregate of the radiation propertieshave been studied.According to the γ-ray transmission measuring method to determine theabsorption coefficient of the aggregate, one of the first need to meet the technicalconditions in the experiment is to ensure that the "single","narrow beam" γ-ray. Onthe other hand, due to uneven aggregate to be tested, a single point measurement cannot meet the requirements of reliably determine the absorption coefficient. In order toachieve multi-point measurement of the aggregate, the thesis has developed amechanical positioning device of the adjustable angle, multi-point measurement in theexperiment. To further reduce the experimental error in the measurement process,wewill use the combination of measurement programs,that is the superposition of absorption through the multi-chip samples together, the absorption samples arereduced to a sample,we will do a measurement, each measurement will do morethrough the rotation angle measurement. The adoption of these technical measuresimproves the measurement accuracy of the experiment greatly.The aggregate absorption coefficient determination method constructed on thebasis of the above techniques, the absorption coefficient of the distribution ratio ofaggregate project developed five different groups were determined. In measurementsof the experient,we use the γ-source of137Cs, digital gamma spectrometer, self-madethe mechanism of releasing aggregate, measuring the relative error less than1%.Because of the double impact of heavy metal content and the apparent density of theaggregate.the measurement results show that the aggregate of10%of BaO ratio hasthe best anti-radiation performance.In order to establish the feasibility of the aggregate absorption coefficientmeasuring method and evaluate reliability of measuring results, the article is based onthe basic physical processes and device geometry disposition.We use the Monte Carlomethod to simulate the entire experiment. Simulations using the software is widelyused at home and abroad which is MCNP5. Two sets of experimental results forcomparative analysis showed that, although the two sets of absorption coefficient isnot exactly the same, but the overall trend. According to analysis, this difference maycome from the hypothesis that the aggregate is uniform model in the Monte Carlosimulation, while the actual aggregate is non-uniform model.
