Along with the update of construction technology and improvement of material property, the span of bridges is greater and the structure is more complex, at the same time people pay more attention to the work of construction monitoring to ensure the safety of bridge structure in the construction process and smoothness of lineshape after closure. Through field measurement and theoretical analysis, this paper takes Qinzhou Kuizijiang Bridge as an engineering practice to research the construction monitoring method of prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridges and gets the following conclusions:1. Due to measurement errors, we should learn to identify its authenticity when dealing with field test data. In order to avoid errors on the influence of the monitoring results, we can analysis all data and exclude those mistakes of the original data according to the definition of variance and mathematical expectation.2. After hundreds of years of development, the theory of least square method has deep research and its computation formula is well proved. It can achieved very good results in the identification and correction of design parameters, but it is a key that how to guarantee the estimated value of design parameters to converge to its true value as far as possible in error adjustment process;3. There are still many defects when the standard BP neural networks algorithm is used in practical engineering applications, we find that prediction effect is quite good after improving BP algorithm. It provides an experience for the rest of project applications when using BP neural networks algorithm;4. We have to take linear control first and the monitoring of bridge stress can not be ignored at the same time. After all we take the stress monitoring as a safety warning system in construction process.Stress should not be allowed to over code standards and design requirements. This work is absolutely not allowed to be ignored. Therefore a double control model of linear and stress should be set up to overcome this problem in the e construction monitoring of Kuizijiang Bridge.
