Transformers as the main components connect to the primary side and secondary sidein the switch cabinet is particularly important. Therefore, the new electronictransformer will be have a considerable impact to the design and manufacture of theswitch cabinet. The new electronic transformer small size, light weight, so theapplication of electronic transformer, will make the total size of the switching deviceis decreased, reduce the weight and the structure is more simple.This paper introduces the research, design and manufacturing of electronictransformers based on the medium voltage switchgear. Electronic transformer is usedto detect capacitive current electronic transformer and PCB board flat coil-typeelectronic current transformer first proposed by Professor Zhou Youqing from HunanUniversity. The article first theoretical analysis of the principle of detection of thecapacitive electronic voltage transformer, and then design the processing circuit, theoutside world, and error analysis, appropriate compensation measures; analysistransformer steady state and temporary state properties; elaborated the prototypedesign and manufacture, and build a test platform for a variety of experimentalanalysis and verification. Also has broad application prospects.Detect capacitive current electronic voltage transformer has obtained nationalpatent, the new principles and new methods of detection capacitor current for the firstat home and abroad, with a great deal of innovation and value. Experimental resultsshow that the detection capacitive current voltage transformers and high precision,good linearity, with a strong resistance to external magnetic interference ability canreach the national standard. PCB board flat coil-type electronic current transformerprinciples and methods of the same home and abroad, with innovative and practical value. The experimental results are also ideal, and the corresponding nationalstandards.
