At present, the structure waterproof technology and waterproof material can not adapt to the needs of the situation, leakage occurs frequently. Therefore, it is very important and valuable to research new waterproof material and improve waterproof performance of concrete on the basis of existing waterproof technology.In this paper, the effect of Waterbased capillary inorganic waterproofer on the waterproof concrete bibulous rate, mechanical properties, impermeability and crack resistance are researched. The best spray coating amount and age is optimized. Finally, from the micro research, SEM, XRD test is used to analysis waterproof mechanism. Conclusions are as follows:(1)The fundamental performance test of inorganic waterproofer showed that viscosity, density and pH value of all the selected inorganic waterproofer are conformed to the standard " Waterbased capillary inorganic waterproofer " JC/T1018-2006. However, surface tension is greater than the request value.(2)The result of Water imbibitions test shows that the best age of three inorganic waterproofer is3days, and economic dosage is about300-400gram per square meter. When the water-binder ratio is0.5, bibulous rate decreases slightly, however, when the water-binder ratio is0.4, bibulous rate decreases obviously.(3)Mechanics performance test shows that the effect of inorganic waterproofer on concrete strength is not obvious, when water-binder ratio is0.5; the strength is improved about15%, while that is equal to blank group when water-binder ratio is0.4. After coating, compared with standard maintenance,35-37℃temperature and about50%humidity is beneficial to improving of strength.(4)Compared with baseline group, the concrete electric flux oincreases with the increase of the water-binder ratio. When the water-binder ratio is0.35, the reduce scale is about12%-13%, When the water-binder ratio is0.4, the reduce scale is about18%-19%, and when water-binder ratio is0.5, that value is about20%-22%. Karst is better than seal-100in the improving of impermeability.(5)Ring crack test shows that being compared with baseline group, Coating inorganic waterproofer on the surface of concrete can delay cracking, crack amount reduces. After cracking, coating inorganic waterproofer on experimental specimens again, the width of crack reduces slightly(6)SEM microscopic analysis shows that, compared with the baseline group, the internal porosity decreases, inorganic water proofer has filling and close-graining effect. Comparing the sample between0and30mm with baseline group, XRD test shows the content of Ca(OH)2slightly reduces. The reduced scale of Karst is greater than that of seal-100.
