| Horizontal directional drilling is a trenchless equipment that directional drilling technology is applied, is widely used in the pipe laying project. As a kind of high-power engineering machinery, horizontal directional drilling has much power loss due to large rang of load fluctuation, the characteristics of high-consumption and ill-emission is become the bottleneck of its development, which has received attention in the field of energy-saving and environmental protection widely. Energy-saving control of power system of horizontal directional drilling based on power match is researched in theoretical and verified by simulation and experiment in this paper.The main research works are as follows:1ã€Based on consult lots of literatures of domestic and international refer to the energy-saving technology of engineering machinery, describe energy-saving control system of engineering machinery that used extensively in domestic and international currently. Combined with characteristics of operation process of horizontal directional drilling, analysis the main reason that cause energy loss, identify that take power loss due to unreasonable power match as the focus of research.2ã€The strategy of energy-saving control of horizontal directional drilling is analyzed, the power-matching principle of power system of horizontal directional drilling is defined, the fuzzy-PID controller is designed, the AMESim-Simulink Co-simulation model of energy-saving control system is built, and Co-simulation is performed to verify the rationality of power-matching scheme.3ã€Taking the WX600horizontal directional drilling as experimental platform, the test for analyzing the energy-saving control system are carried out and the results shows that power-matching energy-saving control scheme is reasonable and the effect of energy-saving is obvious. |
