On the bridge state assessment study, the majority of scholars, theory and research methods vary, but mostly regard the object of study as defined within the context of a "bridge", thereby establishing a bridge state assessment model applicable to large lower properties because of different geographical different bridge types are not the same model parameters in the assessment. Suited to bridge actual working state,so it should be selected for the different geographical environment and the specific bridge type theory and research methods to carry out the integrated state assessment of the bridge.In order to solve the Shaanxi Province loess gully region prestressed continuous rigid frame bridge state assessment.The object of this paper is to Shaanxi Province Expressway long span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge. To absorb the previous research results, the urgency and necessity of comprehensive analysis of bridge state assessment, as well as domestic and international research methods and current situation, and follow the "Practice-Theory-practice" ideas, on the basis of large number of bridges survey test data, to use fuzzy theory and hierarchy analysis method, and establish a strong applicability, high reliability and long-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge state fuzzy assessment system, and apply to engineering practice.1. The paper presents a methodology,which bridge Fuzzy assessment should be established on the basis of large amounts of data investigation and disease analysi. On the basis of a large number of test data analysis, the typical disease characteristics distribution of such a bridge is studied, focusing on analysis of the causes and effects of the typical Crack Disease,to build bridges fuzzy assessment model has laid the basis of practice. Engineering applications validated this method to establish the assessment model is a scientific and reliable.2. The Fuzzy theory and the analytic hierarchy process is carried out systematic research in the paper. For the first time, the9/9to9/1continuous scaling law is introduced to build bridges state fuzzy assessment matrix of comparative judgment. Continuous any of the values between1/9to9/1was chosen to construct the judgment matrix of intermediate values. The judgment matrix has a strong consistency in this way, making the language of judge reviews and quantitative description of the values more coordination. Also gives the methods and principles of the consistency inspection.3. The prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge Fuzzy assessment system was studied and established. The fuzzy assessment set of standards is determined, and given the weight calculation method for assessment index. Combined with the regional bridge-type characteristics of the disease and the relevant provisions of the bridge technical condition assessment technical standards2011, built the fuzzy membership function of quantitative indicators and adapt to the continuous rigid frame bridge disease characteristics and the Assessment Index System. A qualitative and quantitative assessment of a combination of qualitative indicators attached to the vector level standards have been proposed, make it more applicability in the regional and bridge’type, and compared with the related literature results is more objective and applicable.4. The application of the paper Fuzzy assessment model on four continuous rigid frames, carried out the multi-level fuzzy assessment of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge of integrated status. Using the multi-level fuzzy assessment method on this bridge, study its integrated status. The results of the assessment is consistent with the actual working conditions of the bridge.The fuzzy assessment model has a strong applicability and reliability and reach the study purpose.
