In recent years, the rigid frame-continuous composite girder bridge type is widely applied in the bridge with high main piers, long piers and long-span. However, due to the complexity of its structure and the force, the difficulty of the close control is increased. Close as the key link of the bridge construction, the close quality directly decides the bridge construction success or failure. Therefore, to study the main influencing factors on the role of close has important practical significance to improve the accuracy of close and to ensure the quality of bridge construction.This paper with the Kuye River Bridge in Shaanxi Province for the engineering background, use MIDAS/CIVIL software to create a full-bridge structure model for the construction process simulation. Through on-site monitoring, mutual authentication of the experimental data and the theoretical calculation results, it is to study the different factors impact on the close, combined with on-site construction experience, to sum up the help to improve the close precision monitoring and the construction measures.The close of rigid frame-continuous composite girder bridge is influenced by many factors, and this paper research on three main areas of construction loads, close order, and temperature effects. From our research the main conclusions are:when the bridge is closing, the role of eccentric compression of side pier is significant; weight imbalance and weight uninstall a timely manner have a great influence on the close control;"middle to side" and "side to middle" are the main conventional close order, the law of the different close order impact on structure force and linear is consistent, there are some differences on location and magnitude of the extreme; all together close once can enhance the synchronization of each main beam construction, its influent on structure force and linear is optimal, but there is a larger degree of difficulty on the construction; we research the connection between the beam temperature and ambient temperature, the change of the structure force and linear when the temperature rise and down, and the influence of ambient temperature changes at different temperatures after closed bridge.With the help of the engineering guidance from the theoretical research in this paper, the Kuye River Bridge close up smooth. All the close indexes meet the requirements of the code, and the close monitoring gets good effect.
