With the increasing exposure of the oil resources are limited, and the strong demand of the global automotive energy conservation, develop a neither pollute the environment, but also replace the oil clean energy is urgent. The emergence of ultra-clean fuels, dimethyl ether (DME) as if injected fresh blood to the internal combustion engine sector, thus, the DME engine become high-profile, and it has been researched around the world competely.Low viscosity of dimethyl ether make fuel system of seal and wear a serious problems. Especially the terminal components-injector of fuel supplying system injector, which makes enormous influence on engine fuel efficiency and the operation stability. To address leak problem which caused by the low viscosity of DME dimethyl ether injection system injector, group developed a new type of injector used for low-viscosity fuel for internal combustion engines. Whether the new injector solve the wear problems of low-viscosity fuel, and how is the effect of spray in the engine need to study.In this paper, injector has been modeling and simulation by the simulation software Fluent to analys anti-wear performance of the situation injector, and obtained the injector spray characteristics and related factors; This paper column valve of injector has been modeling and simulation by the simulation software Matlab, and analys the laws of the fuel injection amount when the column valve start and stop. Studies have shown that:the new injector can achieve the requirements of anti-wear; The aperture ratio have greater impact on the spray characteristics of the injector. When the aperture ratio is less than or equal to2.5, there will come out a good spray characteristics; The response time of column valve is1.13ms, and the maximum stroke is0.9mm. The vibration of column valve will cause leakage, which can be reduced by changing the quality of the column valve.The conclusions and data will supply the guiding significance to the post-improvement of the injector and the choice of experimental parameters.
