With the depletion of oil resources and the increasingly stringent emission regulations,the traditional gasoline engine and diesel engine can not meet the future energy developmentand environmental protection requirements. At present, due to the acceleration ofdevelopment of natural gas, compressed natural gas storage technology development, therapid development of electronic technology, natural gas engine has been used more and morewidely. The development of natural gas engines in the country compared to abroad, the enginecore control technology is still relatively backward, based on this case, research of the gasengine electronic control unit is necessary.Domestic natural gas engines are basically converted from gasoline or diesel engine,more modified batch and conversion less, a variety of engine models, for this case in thisarticle was designed a universal natural gas engine electronic control unit. The design of thepower module, air nozzle solenoid valve driver module, ignition driver module can adapt todifferent engine systems. With improvement of the emissions regulations, the traditionalthrottle control, switching oxygen sensor can not meet emissions requirements, it can noteffectively enhance the performance of the engine. Therefore, this paper design of theelectronic throttle control system and its control strategy, the use of wide area type oxygensensor interface circuit in order to achieve the lean combustion and other advancedtechnologies.Finally the application of ECU to the YC6105type engine, and the matching test, the testresults show that, the control unit can meet the control requirement of engine. |
