Research And Application Of Interchange Project In Highway

Interchange design is a comprehensive, difficult, many factors affecting work.Interchange design theory has gradually established and developed, but has yet to mature andcomplete. Therefore, continue to explore and study the interchange design theory is verynecessary and urgent. This paper mainly discuss about the research and application ofinterchange project in highway. The research content of this paper is how to select thehighway interchange type and how to compare the interchange project, and it is one of themost important content of the interchange design theory.This paper first introduces the basic types and characteristics of interchange ramp, thenanalysis the interchange types, characteristics, conditions, and then on the interchange typeselection and comparison principle, content, methods, finally through the author’s practicalwork examples for further analysis and validation of the method and thought.The main research result of this paper is put forward the concrete method of the highwayinterchange type selection and comparison in different conditions. This method has beenapplied in more then ten practical highway interchanges design, this paper researches can playa guiding role on the highway interchange design.
