Energy is the most important basis of the progress of human society, is one of the basic driving force of social and economic development. Energy is also an important factor restricting economic development, human excessive use of fossil fuels, not only for human survival environment has brought serious pollution, and due to the gradual scarcity of this energy, the future of humanity and social development potential crisis. This end, governments extremely concerned about the development of energy and tried to find and develop new renewable energy alternatives to oil. China is a large agricultural country, very rich in biomass resources, according to the analysis of the biomass resource potential of750million tons of standard coal equivalent, or roughly one-third of China’s annual total energy consumption. Biomass pyrolysis system of bio-fuel technology is the efficient use of biomass energy technologies, therefore, developed for China’s Fast Pyrolysis of Biomass liquefaction plant is very necessary, it will greatly solve the problem of shortage of China’s energy.This paper is a supporting research of the projects which belongs the national "11th five-year"863high-tech task named "Skewed-slot Low Energy Fine Control Heating of Biomass Bio-oil by flash Pyrolysis and Hybrid Emulsion Fuel New Technology " and in-depth study at home and abroad biomass pyrolysis liquefaction technology, and its digestion and absorption, combined with China’s national conditions independently developed the inclined plate trough of biomass pyrolysis liquefactionthe main reactor. In this section include:the main reactor of the inclined plate slot, screw feeder, cyclone separation unit and the collection box. Firstly, the biomass pyrolysis kinetics of biomass pyrolysis kinetics model, designed and calculated on this basis, the various parts of the main reactor, and finally the main reactor of the inclined plate slot heat transfer analysis, the reactor temperature change over time, and screw feeder to the finite element analysis, at the same time the real vehicle test device.The design inclined plate trough biomass cracker is designed with the national situation and the group’s research, and its structure is relatively simple to manufacture and maintenance of the relatively low cost and convenient for large-scale production, so that a practical biomass pyrolysis liquefaction technology, in the hope of this research on China, the rational use of biomass resources to provide a useful reference.
