Secondary,Reasonable evaluation of the combined heating and power before the project is planed is verynecessary because the more energy consumption, the more emission it will product, and theworse influence it has on city environment and people are more and more concerned to theirliving environment. Thirdly, the fluctuation of gas consumption of combined heating andpower system has effect on overall gas pipe, and the heating and power factory not onlyproduce power but also heating supply in winter. So the operation of the combined heatingand power system has great influence on heating net, power net and gas supply net.The paper introduces actual operation ways thoroughly and analyzes the combinedheating and power system’ influence on energy consumption, city environment and pipetechnology adaption consecrating the situation in Beijing. The advise and restrictions arebrought up hoping that it will be the theory basement of the project strategy.
