Study On The Ecological Landscape Design Of Zhengdong New District In Zhengzhou

The industrialization, urbanization and modernization are the necessity of the social development in our country. However, they also bring about some problems, such as the environmental pollution, the destruction in ecological system, and the decline of human beings’living environment and their quality of life. Ecological city is the inevitable choice for our living environment. The study on the theory of the construction of the ecological city has great guiding significance for constructing the ecological city.The extending area functioning as an inevitable outcome of a city’development has its landmark and particularity. Therefore, constructing an ecological district is the top priority of the urbanization adjustment. Now many domestic cities’landscapes mainly focus on the designs of physical forms, most of which only research on the artificial orders and functional efficiency, but ignore the purely natural landscapes inside the city. They even damage the city’s natural landscapes further with the constant expansion of the city. So it is necessary to have a more profound understanding and knowledge on the ecological design concept to carry out proper landscape design.First comes a series of analyses and statements on some conceptual aspects of the urban landscape design. On the basis of them and the theory of Urban Ecology, different cities’ ecological systems are analyzed. Then identify the instability and vulnerability in them. Thus learn which factors are the main reasons to decide the urban ecological superiority. According to the current developing situations of the domestic and international landscape designs, detailed analyses are made and the phenomenon of False Ecology is comprehended. Based on the pattern of Zhengdong New District and its ecological landscape environment, the study of ecological landscape design is conducted to find the correct urban landscape design concepts and principles. After fully analyzing the successful cases of different kinds of landscape designs all over the country, a correct and effective approach to the ecological landscape design is put forward.
