Photovoltaic (PV) power generation as the biggest exploitable capacity Clean energy is the only energy sources can guarantee human future needs. However,(PV) power as a new energy source from the traditional power source,the systems working point change quickly and can not supportive Power grid failure, these weaknesses make photovoltaic (PV) connected power grid face the new problem. At present, the main research is focuses on the research and application of equipment, as the lack of simulation model of Photovoltaic (PV) power generation less research performed at Photovoltaic (PV) power impact to the power system. As larger PV power generation are connected to the power system, studies need to be performed at the power system level to examine the impacts of these grid-connected PV systems. Therefore The simulation tools of Photovoltaic (PV) power generation is needed, the maximum installed capacity of Photovoltaic (PV) power should be determined. The major research and contributions are as follows:1) The simulation model for Single-stage photovoltaic power generation system and double-stage photovoltaic power generation system are developed under PSCAD\EMTDC environment. The simulation results show that Single-stage photovoltaic power generation system is More suitable for Large-scale photovoltaic power plants.2) The simulation model for Single-stage photovoltaic power generation system is developed under PS ASP environment. The simulation results show that the simulation model can reflect characteristics and functions of the Single-stage photovoltaic power generation system device accurately.3)With Power System Analysis Software Package, the maximum installed capacity of Photovoltaic (PV) power in HAMI region power grid is determined. |
