| Recent years, along with the development of our country’s economy and other aspects, China’s electricity market also has a corresponding change, especially the power load characteristics also changes in some degrees, But the study about the load characteristics is lagging behind and affected related work to some extent, in order to ensure the safety of the operation and economize power and provide quality service for users, it is necessary to analyze the power load characteristics.This paper adopts the traditional load index method to analyze the load characteristics of a certain area in our country, and then, in view of the defects of the traditional load index method, the power spectrum analysis method is used to transform the work of the analysis of the load characteristics from the time domain into the frequency domain, and draws some conclusions, at last, the paper adopts support vector machine (SVM) forecasting power load in the region which has an outstanding performance for solving the small sample, high dimension, nonlinear regression problems in the machine learning field, and gives the relevant Suggestions. |
