Jet pump is a kind of special hydraulic pump.It is a fluid machinery,through the powerand formation fluid’s energy conversion to achiece of oil pumping. Because of its simplestructure:no moving parts,it is widely used in various fields.Although the jet pump has theadvantages of simple structure,but its internal flow field is very complicated.With thedevelopment of computer technology,numerical simulation has become a jet pump internalflow field study of the effective method.This paper uses FLUENT software to the jet pumpinternal flow field numerical simulation.The main contents are as follows:First of all,this paper expound the jet pump’s development status at home andabroad.And analysed the jet pump’s basic theory,given the jet pump’s selectionprinciple.Provided theoretical basis for the selection of different working conditions’ jetpump.Secondly, this paper has comprehensive analysised and researched for jet pump’s waterdynamic characteristics. The characteristic equation of the jet pump has been deduced,thecavitation of jet pump has been studied, the Non-dimensional area ratio and theNon-dimensional flow ratio,Non-dimensional apressure ratio with the important relationshipof jet pump’s canitation characteristics have been given Has analyzed the stability of jetpump’s outlet pressure,so get conclusion:the stability of outlet pressure is the function of jetpump’s woking point,and along with the increasing of M (P decreasing) X increasing. Itsuggested that:when jet pump in the low output power fluid pumping the high displacementproduced liquid,the bake pressure sensitive has been enhanced.In addition,the parameters ofback pressure sensitivity X have relatinship with the Non-dimensional area ratio R.And withthe reducing of R, X increasing,that is reflected back pressure sensitivity enhancement.Thirdly,the interior flow of jet pump were simulated using Fluent software.numericalanalysised to jet pump with diffrent area ratios0.3、0.5、0.6,and diffrent nozzle positions0、1、2、5.Got the turbulent flow field of the basic characteristics.And focused on the analysis ofthe effect on velocity,pressure,and turbulent kinetic energy with the difffrent nozzle positionsof jet pump.Came to the conclusion that the position of nozzle between1~2,we will get thebest jet effect.
