Research On Insulators Leakage Current Monitoring System

In this paper, through the design insulator leakage current monitoring system, and uses the LABVIEW software analysis system design and development the characteristics of the leakage current analysis system, and the specific work are as follows:(1) Through analyzing the principle of leakage current, design the hardware system, it consists of data acquisition part, signal disposal part, PC, display section, alarm parts. The main functions of the system for the acquisition of an insulator leakage current signal, through the filter adjustment, after A/D transformation into a PC, processing in the display section shows the working state of the current insulator, if insulators in abnormal condition, alarm system work. Collection of leakage current sensor adopts metal drainage loop system, and designed the signal amplifying circuit and the temperature and humidity sensor, and eventually realize the leakage current collection.(2) For the processing of signal, use the wavelet denoising analysis, in the design of the system software, the function module design, design the leakage current respectively the most of the large amplitude monitoring module, unit time signal amplitude pulse count more than module, signal processing module and simple alarm system design, through which some modules of the characteristic value of leakage current the effective management.(3) The system design anti-interference measures, through the analysis of the possible existence of interference, take the hardware and software2interference suppression.
