With the continuous progress of science and technology,increasingly highdemand for electrical parameter measuring instrument is in industrialproduction, scientific research, defense and other departments,and the study ofelectrical parameter measuring instruments are able to continue in depthresearch.For detection of the electrical parameters,fully function、 highaccuracy、network interface function are necessary for new requirements. Thestudy of multi-functional, intelligent, networked electric parameter measuringinstrument has become an in-depth study of researchers and instrumentationmanufacturers.Intelligent automatic calibration is a key method to improve themeasured data accuracy,and instrument network is a key technology formulti-point measurements and computer-controll of electrical parametermeasuring instrument.These two areas have become the hot spot of research inthis field.At the beginning of this paper,analysis of the development ofmulti-function electrical parameter measuring instrument and the maindifficulties of the research is performed.An efficient algorithm to complete thecorrection task is necessary for intelligent automatic calibration,and a special network interface and appropriate control program is necessary for instrumentnetwork.This is a major innovation of this paper.Hardware and software design of multi-function electrical parametermeasuring instrument is studied in detail.Hardware includes analog circuitsand digital circuits.The analog circuits include import of the AC signal,amplified, RMS conversion, analog to digital conversion.Digital circuitsincludes MCU, keyboard scanning, LCD display, serial port expansion andothers.Software part includes testing program, calibration program,andseveral key technical issues that focus on solving the program.In order to automatically correct the measured value,this paper designs akind of multi-linear mapping error correction method for power.Thisalgorithm regards various factors of measurements as independent variablesof the calibration function, and makes them individually involved in thecalculation according to the degree of their impact for the correction of themeasured value.In order to achieve the network of the instrument, this paperstudies the network interface,and uses LXI bus to achieve the network ofmeasurement.With the research and application of several new technologies,this paperachieves the expansion for the function of electrical parameter measuringinstrument,and provides a new instrument for the users.
