With technology constantly updated, extensive applieations of nonlinear orimpact loads in Power system,that cause serious hannonics contamitation to theelectric network. There are not only inieger harmonies but also many non-integerharmonies which are inter-harmonics in modern electric network.the harm caused bythe inter-harmonic: lighting flicker、interference and the impact of power lines andstable operation of electronic equipment etc.so the interharmonics research with highscientific value. harmonics and inter-harmonics governance premise that an accurateestimate of itsparameters.in this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the Fourieralgorithm,the detection principle of the wavelet transform and neural networkalgorithm and the measurement of defect detection algorithm based on spatial spectralclass implementation steps of the detection algorithm is divided into:(1) The conversion of time domain and space domain, the introduction of theEuler formula and the Hilbert algorithm and the airspace between harmonic signalquivalent array receive data to meet the statistical properties of the array model,and its transformationairspace between signals independent of each other, so can beapplied to the spatial spectrum of theoretical analysis harmonic.(2) Into a sine score estimation, analysis of the quasi-side theory approach AICand MDL criteria, consider if there is a colored noise will affect estimates, theintroduction of the canonical correlation method to estimate and compare thethreeestimation performance.(3)Sinusoidal frequency was eatimated in the Brug algorithm in the ARmodel,the typical MUSIC based on order cumulant (fourth order)MUSIC algorithmcompared to a conclusion,the order cumulant of the Gaussian process is zero,makesthe fourth-order MUSIC algorithm performan better than the previous two algorithms(4)In the sinusoidal amplitude and phase estimation using total least squaresmethod and genetic algorithms, and simulation data to verify its performance.Ultimately complete the study concludes that the inter-harmonic detectionmethods of the various parameters, the simulation comparison results show that theinter-harmonics...
