Design Of Guidance Information System In The Railway Passenger Transport Hub Based On Learning Concept

Railway passenger transport station is an important joint of out-in transfer and the main place for passenger distribution and transfer. Good or bad convergence function has become an important evaluation indicator for the operation efficiency of it. While, guidance information system is an indispensable part of the research for convergence rationality, which plays an important part in the flow and the transfer of passengers in the departure channel of the station. However, at currently, there are varieties of problems in the design of guidance information, such as the improper location, unreasonable information content and forms without uniform basis and norms, leading to an inefficient guidance for passengers in the outbound process, or even making passengers lost their way. Therefore a proper and effective guidance information system design has become an important topic of great practical significance. It will not only improve the departure efficiency of the passengers and the operation efficiency of the hub, but also can enhance the overall image of the city.Firstly, this paper used an analysis diagram to analyze the affecting factors of transfer efficiency and discussed passenger psychological characteristics and behavior characteristics in detail. Then, introduced learning concept and through the definition of learning and the discussion of learning process and characteristics, it drew out three design elements of learning guidance information, which are location, content and forms of learning guidance. And then, based on passengers’cognitive psychology, this paper introduced learning guidance information design method of three elements. Additionally, it carried out an experiment about cognitive learning. Through statistical analysis of the experimenters’learning time of guidance information, it provided data support for the following optimization design and simulation. Finally, it designed and evaluated the design scheme of guidance information system of Shanghai south station. It proposed a guidance information system design scheme based on learning concept and verified the efficiency applying software of Arena. Research achievement provided theory and practical application basis for the design of practical system.
