Concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) arch bridge has so many advantages, such as strong long span ability, good structural behavior. More and more CFST arch bridges are built in Our Country, which construction scale become more and more big. They undertakes important task in highway transportation, railway transportation and urban traffic. In order to give full play in traffic, it is necessary to assess condition of CFST arch bridge when disaster or sudden events occurred.This article is based on the characteristics of bridge health monitoring system of CFST arch bridge and CFST arch bridge’s structural properties, some research are done as follows:first, the local performance assessment index and weight system of CFST arch bridge based on monitoring data in bridge health monitoring system are built. Evaluation system includes manual detection and structural response monitoring, the assessment index of structural response monitoring will contain all the monitoring data as far as possible which makes use of the monitoring data; Second, focus on the method of bottom index variable weight which is based on sensor readings, it improves the shortage of constant weight, which makes the poor state of the bottom index get the attention they deserved; Third, research evaluation standards and infinitude no dimension method of a variety of the bottom indexes, infinitude no dimension method makes the different physical quantities comparable; Fourth, establish mathematical model which is based on fuzzy theory for multi-factor and multi-level Health status assessment of the CFST by the relation of local and global; Fifth, collect some time structural response monitoring data of Nanning Yonghe Bridge and assess structure health status of Nanning Yonghe Bridge by the method of the multi-factor and multi-level health status assessment, The estimation result of the bridge status is consistent with reality status, which states thatthis method applies to practical projects and has broad application prospects; At last, program the bridge health monitoring comprehensive fuzzy evaluation system of Nanning Yonghe Bridge by C#.
