The Research On Engineering And Economy Analysis For The Ground-source Heat Pump System Of A Hosipital In Changsha

At present, under the situation of the traditional energy resources dwindling ground-source heat pump system, as a kind of green, energy-saving and environmental protection of air conditioning system, is supported strongly by the governments, so its technology has matured in many foreign counties. Yet in China,it develops very slowly. The main reasons are the high initial investment and policy problems. In recent years, our country has begun to conduct a series of research of the ground-source heat pump system, and in some cities, there have established some demonstration project. Now due to the application of ground-source heat pump system research and analysis is not perfect, especially to the actual engineering design, installation, operation of the research and the less economic analysis in the engineering examples, it largely restricted the popularization and application of ground-source heat pumpThe system of ground source heat pump is applied in a hospital of Changsha. This paper describes basic information of the design of air-conditioning system in the hospital. According to actual situation,we select the system of air-source heat pump, the of systems of electric boiler and chiller plus gas, the system of ground source heat pump as hot and cold sources.We use the method of the technical and economic analysis doing research and analysis on the initial investment, operating costs, annual cost of several aspects.According to the actual location of the project, this paper do some about thermal parameters of the subsoil, and using the simulation software Dest-C of Tsinghua University, we conducted the dynamic simulation about hot and cold load of heat pump system, and we do the analysis of the construction process to pipe Installation, grouting and backfill materials and other issues.This paper also describes problems which are encountered of the system of ground source heat pump in the engineering application, such as the backfill material to determine, the design of the exhaust pipe, and the ground heat exchanger thermal short-circuit problems, and we made some resolution measures.
