Building operation energy consumption occupies70to80percent of the entire life cycle energy consumption, nearly65percent of which are assumed by the air conditioning system. Along with the awareness of sustainable development and environmental protection, People’s consciousness of energy conservation has been improving. One of the important direction for building energy saving is to minimize the energy consumption of building and air conditions by controlling and optimizing management which needs building system’s real-time operation data obtained from real-time data communication technology and optimized controls parameter and instruction sent to the system.With an air conditioner simulation supervisory system based on LonWorks--VCN-ACB09air conditioning intelligence experiment system, this paper tries to realize the obtaining and sending of the real-time data by studying DDE technology. First, this paper introduces the basic components of the system, which, based on LonWorks networks, supervises the change of experiment data by using VCN-MF control nodes, and sends data to the monitoring computer through PCL-21network adapter. The third party (controlling and managing optimizing software) can only exchange date with the system through DDE. Realizing date exchange needs both client program(the third party)and server program. By installing LNS DDE Server on the simulation system management computer and developing the client program based on LNS DDE using Visual Basic6.0,this research realizes controlling and optimizing management to the system by the third party. The experiment uses closed-loop control,including fresh air temperature control, the control temperature and relate humidity of the air conditioning room, and it contains simple and few variables, as well as complex and many variables. Finally, it develops system monitoring contact surface through Visual Basic6.0language:malfunction alert monitoring contact surface, humidity control monitoring contact surface, temperature control monitoring contact surface.
