Ship waste oil is a kind of ship waste which has serious harmful to the marine environment,use the marine incinerator to burn it is the most simple and effective treatment method.Becausethe composition of ship waste oil is complex,calorific value is instable,the process ofcombustion is strong coupling with multiple-input and multiple-output nonlinear system,lead tothat the pollutant emissions and combustion stability is difficult to control,It is urgent to analysisand research on the process of combustion and combustion control, Make sure that the Pollutantemissions is legitimate and the marine incinerator stable and efficient operation.In this paper,analysis on the ship waste oil combustion characteristics and marine incinerator developmentstatus,carrying out the work of the following respects.Firstly, analysis on the physical and chemical characteristics of ship waste oilcombustion,and then explains the formation mechanism of contaminants about NO、CO.Thesoftware Fluent was applied to simulate the process of waste oil combustion,provides a basis forthe experiment and the design of the controller.Secondly,to do the experiment about ship waste oil combustion base on theoreticalanalysis,research the effect between the excess air coefficient、temperature and other factorswith the generating capacity of NO and CO, analysis on emulsification combustioncharacteristics and the relationship between air damper and furnace pressure,verificate therationality about numerical simulation model,provide the basis for the design of damper fuzzycontroller.Finally,use the fuzzy control theory to research and design the damper fuzzy controllerbase on the numerical simulation and experimental analysis,then its control effect was simulatedin Matlab.In this paper,build the damper fuzzy controller base on theoretical analysis、numericalsimulation and experimental study,the effective control method can reduce flue gas pollutantemission,ensure the ship waste oil full combustion,also can improve the stability and economyof the ship waste oil combustion,have certain practical significance to protecte marineenvironment and alleviate the workload....
