The fluid-filled pipeline has extensive application in many fields of industry and research, such as energy, chemical and biomedical.In these recent years, the fluid-structure interaction (FSI) of fluid-filled pipeline is still the research focus in the two aspects of theory and technical application.At present, the calculation theory of FSI is in the research stage, and the general numerical method for FSI has some defectiveness, such as the complex operation and the distorted data.According to this situation, a new method of numerical calculation of FSI for fluid-filled pipeline is put forward. With the program, the calculation can be implemented automatically, and the authenticity of the data transferring is ensured.A program is compiled by C++language. After getting the structure data of pipeline, the program will call the software of GAMBIT to build model, mesh grids and generate the mesh file automatically. Then the program will call the software of FLUANT and make it to read the mesh file, calculate and export the results of calculation. Next, the program will call the software of ANSYS to read the result of fluid calculation, calculate and export the node coordinates of the deformed pipeline. And then, the program will manage the data of node coordinates and import it to GAMBIT to build model again. The above process will be cycled, until the calculation result is converged.Contrast and analysis on the result of a fluid-filled pipeline indicates that the program is valuable and correct. The program is a helpful exploration to the research of numerical calculation of FSI.
