| Once the building fire hazard occur, it will cause great losses to people’s lives and property. when building fires have occurred, People are more concerned about the problem how the degree of damage of the building is and how to repair and reinforcement. Usually slightly damaged components can continue to use by repairing and reinforcing, which greatly reduce the cost of reconstruction. High performance ferrocement laminate is a new technology, On the basis of the existing research, the analysis and study are carried on the bearing capacity of the right section of the reinforced concrete column which is strengthened by the high performance ferrocement laminate after the fire, the main content is as follows:(1) The thermal characteristics of concrete and the strength, modulus of elasticity, the stress-strain constitutive relationship of the reinforced bar&concrete which have subjected to hyperthermia and cool-down have been compared, it provide the model for finite element analysis.(2) To determine the temperature field of the column under the standard temperature time cure, on the basis, the reinforced concrete columns after the fire can be simplified by Strength equivalent cross-section calculation, according to our country’s current technical specification for strengthening concrete structures with grid rebar and mortar,a simple computing method that the reinforced concrete columns which is strengthened by the high performance ferrocement laminate after the fire was proposed.(3) Comparatively analyze the original column and the reinforced concrete column which is strengthened by HPFL after the fire by using ABAQUS, the result show that the method is rational. Consider the coupling of thermal and structural, firstly receive the temperature field of the column, then import cross-section temperature field into the structural analysis. Consider the strength of the material damage of the reinforce bar&concrete with temperature change in the structural analysis.(4) Presume the fire temperature and determine the equivalent warm-up temperature time through a engineering practice, then propose the related strengthening method. The reinforced concrete column is strengthened by the high performance ferrocement laminate after the fire, and some successful experience may be used for similar projects in the future. |
