In recent years, with China’s rapid development of the industry, factories using motor transport material to ensure that large quantities of production continuity, and the high cost of transportation. Continuous conveying belt, tube belt not only can ensure the sufficient supply of materials, and low cost, can realize automatic control. This prompted the carrying belt, tube and other mechanical equipment steel structure traverse in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, cement, ports and other enterprise applications.And reinforced concrete frame supported brick structure of the corridor than the body, steel structure truss corridor has the advantages of light weight, large span, less land occupation, high degree of industrialization, beautiful appearance, good anti-seismic performance, short construction period and a series of advantages. Corridor economic span in general can reach about30m, when the belt climbing height increases, economic span can reach more than50m, span is increased to a plane arrangement provides greater flexibility, the new gallery below can be built in small conformation, buildings or traffic site.This paper taking Jigang grate-kiln project finished7belt corridor as an example, the steel structure truss type single belt corridor study.
