The advantages of the steel box girder concrete bridge are to make full use of the steel structure better tensile properties and beton’s good compressive properties, so this bridge structure applies to the long-span bridges. Because the components of the steel box girder can be made at other places, we can have a pre-assembled inspection first after it was finished at other places, and then transport it to the bridge location to fix it. This structural style is suitable for the overpass with heavy traffic and with original routes on the cross and it can substantially reduce the interference to the traffic. The production processing of the steel box girder can be taken in segments. Through the rational division of labor organization, we can spread out more effective working surface flow process. Morever, the processing of steel box girder of the bridge superstructure and the construction of bridge substructure don’t disturb each other. So it can shorten the construction period.The design of Weifang City Donghuan Road cross jiqing high-speed flyovers is a steel box girder concrete bridge. This bridge type needs a higher degree of the mechnical requirements, such as the production of the steel box girder and welding and so on.At present,in Shandon Provence, this type of bridge structure is rarely to be seen,and no mature experience and technology of construction parameters can be directly used for reference. This character mainly summarized the construction technology, construction process, and the bridge static load test about the steel-concrete composite continuous beam bridge of Weifang City Donghuan Road cross jiqing high-speed flyovers. In the character, I detailedly expound the aspects of the processing of the steel box girder, erection of it, corrosion protection coating for steel box girder, high strength bolt construction, the completed bridge static load test and so on,I also particularly elaborate the key affecting technology factors.Through the data analysis of the completed bridge static load test, we know that the steel box girder can meet the overall and local stability requirements, consequently, it proves that the construction process and technical parameters of the project is scientific and reasonable.
