With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and rapid development of the national economy, China’s road transport has a rapid development and the high-grade concrete roads’mileage surge.So this item combines the current domestic and foreign high-grade highway pavement construction status, and research the Hehua Road of Jinan as the test section, to summarize the effect of the heavy traffic load to the structure of the road. So we propose the approach of using water jet-radio to the road surface to increase the road roughness and to determine the best moment, as well as radio-best road aggregate highly exposed. At the same time, we bring up a new road layout technology in highway construction. Determine the various parameters and variables by calculating, conduct on-site monitoring, and combine the results of finite element analysis of technical advantages of new structure. Then put up optimized measures to direct construction. So we can improve the strength, applicability and durability, which can provide technical reference to China’s cement concrete road construction.
