With high efficiency heat transfer performance, heat pipe is widely used inmany fields. Therefore, the research on the fluid flow in heat pipe and heat transferstrengthening has important theoretical significance and application value, as well asthe heat transfer performance of the heat pipe heat exchanger and structureoptimization. One of the two themes of heat pipe technology development isdevelopment research. The characteristics of the heat pipe all aspects technology werefully played, and the advantages of other aspects subject were synthesized to researchout a new high-efficiency heat-transfer mass-transfer heat-exchange equipment. Sothat some traditional heat-exchange equipment can produce fundamental reform, andso as to improve the safety reliability and efficiency of the heat exchange equipmentwhole system.At present, the research on heat pipe heat-transfer enhancement of the researchinstitutions and scholars of the domestic and foreign were produced mainly on thebasis of cylindrical tube, and the research on heat pipe were mainly done on the formof experiment. Based on the basis of fluid mechanics and heat transfer, the large fluidcalculation software FLUENT was used to produce numerical simulation on heat pipe.Heat transfer numerical simulations of alien heat pipe in heat pipe exchanger wereresearch in this paper.(1) Set up alien heat pipe heat exchanger model. First, through the research of theperformance impact of heat transfer of alien heat pipe on heat pipe exchanger, thealien heat pipe that lies in heat pipe heat exchanger owned the characteristics of hignheat transfer was concluded; second, the characteristics of alien heat pipe heat transferenhancement were analyzed. And the following conclusion were got: circular heat pipe heat transfer coefficients from front to back were approximate correspond toparabola distribution; the heat pipe coefficient of the triangle heat pipe from the frontrow to the back row maintain high heat transfer coefficient unchanged, in this heatpipe heat exchanger, the triangle can reach the purpose of heat transfer enhancement;to the square heat pipe, the heat transfer coefficient from the front to the rear wereapproximate correspond to index distribution. Concluded above analysis, it isconcluded that proper choice of heat pipe shape in the heat pipe heat exchanger canreach the purpose of heat transfer enhancement.(2) Industrial process heat pipe heat exchanger, the heat pipe of equivalent diameter of20mm, medium air flow rate of10~14m/s is the research model. Research on theimpact of the alien heat pipe structure of mix row to the performance of the heattransfer of heat pipe heat exchanger. First, changing every tube type of each row, thefollowing conclusion were got: changing tube type of each row can make heat transferin heat pipe heat exchanger gradually become stable, and can get the heat transferenhancement purpose as well. Second, the orthogonal experimental design methodwas used to optimization design on alien heat pipe mix row structure, to design abetter structure under these conditions. Finally, getting the optimal solution byanalyzing the optimization model that this conditions: the first row triangle heat pipe,the second row circular heat pipe, the third row triangle heat pipe, the fourth rowsquare heat pipe, the line spacing of the first row and second is40mm, the linespacing of the second and third row is40mm, the line spacing of the third row andthe fourth row is35mm, the row spacing of each row tube are40mm.
