Once the foundation pit accident, the light will make the entire foundation pit supporting structure, tilting, deformation, the heavy can cause severe damage of the foundation pit supporting structure which is collapsed, not only affects the construction period, cost a lot of money to rescue, or even casualties. And make the surrounding buildings adjacent to pit or underground facilities, cracking, tilt, and even collapse. Many of China’s high-rise buildings built in the coastal cities with heavy traffic and built-up areas, the construction environment is very complicated, the slightest mistake will cause serious engineering accidents.Moreover, the deep foundation pit excavation cross with the structural engineering, geotechnical engineering,environmental engineering, and many other factors, which is a comprehensive engineering and have time-space effect. In the foundation pit engineering, because of lack of mature technology specification guidance, many practitioners still rely on the semi-theoretical and semi-empirical approach to solve the problem.Firstly, the commonly used support types in the current pits are described, and characteristics of the support types and range of applications are summarized. On these support types, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Introduced above, on the basis of the foundation pit engineering accidents, the paper conducted a comprehensive analysis of a number of foundation pit accidents. The various reasons of pit accidents are analyzed. Use a method which is combination method of qualitative and quantitative analysis of direct causes and indirect causes of pit accidents. The same time, through a large number of pit accidents study, the various reasons of foundation pit accidents are comprehensive summarized. At the last, the common problems in the foundation pit are discussed. |
