Research On Reactive Power And Voltage Control Strategies Of Power System Based On The Sensitivity Analysis

The reactive power and voltage control of power system is an important measure to keep the voltage quality and ensure the safe operation of power system. In certain ways, making a reasonable arrangement, developing an effective co-ordination mechanism and choosing a reasonable and feasible strategy for the various control measures of reactive power and voltage have a great significance to maintain the stability of the power system.This paper focus on analysing the situation of reactive power and voltage operation of Guangdong power grid, and points out the key which causes the problems of reactive power and voltage control:the inconsistency of objectives between different dispatchings, the uneven distribution of reactive load and resources, and the lack of reasonable and effective measures to guide to an effective co-ordination between the control measures.According to the current status and characteristics of reactive power and voltage regulation, this paper made a detailed analysis for the problems and difficulties and established a analysis model which can reflect the reactive power and voltage regulation problems. Based on this model it combined with the sensitivity analysis to discuss the method which can solve the problem of reactive power and voltage, and made a detailed theory analysis, formula and accuracy verification for the sensitivity analysis method.In view of the current control measures of reactive power and voltage, this paper analyzed the control characteristics (the influences for reactive power and voltage) which are caused by the action of control measures in the actual grid, and described the premise and effect of the application of control measures. And then combining with the characteristics of the reactive power and voltage control measures, it developed reasonable and effective strategies for solving the problems of reactive power and voltage control. It’ll have a great guiding significance for the future research of reactive power and voltage control.
