| Concrete-filled steel tube is a combination of structural materials with the superior mechanical properties and good economic benefits. Concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge of full vitality has become an ideal type of bridge when building long-span arch bridges. The advantages of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge are mainly embodied as follows:firstly, it can reduce both the total amount of the materials used to build bridges and dead weight; secondly, it can radically improve the strength, bearing capacity and deformation resistance of the structure; thirdly, it can simplify the construction process, make installation convenient shorten the construction period.This thesis is based on the background of Bainihe main bridge in newly build Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway resuming Engineering. It includes the following aspects:(1) Through the laboratory trails mix and debugging of the construction site, it has been analysised and designed by the steel pipe arch high performance micro expansive concrete mix ratio which meeting the construction conditions and the standard requirements.(2) Adopting the pumping-up method, it is in full control of the pouring process of the steel pipe arch high performance micro expansive concrete, and ensured the smooth conduct.(3) Adopting the ultrasonic detection method, it has been taken the compactness inspection by the perfusion quality of the steel pipe arch high performance micro expansive concrete,and judged that the interal concrete core of the arch rib had existing defects.(4) It has been build MIDAS/Civil software finite element model of Bainihe super large main bridge, divided the reasonable construction phase, simulatied the whole construction process, and taken the theoretical calculation and experimental validation. |
