Abstract/Summary:
Extradosed cable-stayed bridge is a new type composite structure between the continuous beam bridge and cable-stayed bridge. Because of its good economic characteristics and aesthetic effect, built more at home and abroad. With the modern structure theory, computer technology and the progress of construction technology, the bridge span is increasing constantly, and the large span bridge construction control become more important, it has become an important part of the construction technique.Extradosed cable-stayed bridge use the cantilever casting construction method, construction process to after many structure system conversion, in order to realize the reasonable bridge state, ensure the safety of the bridge construction process, it must be control the construction process strictly. Taking Shiwan bridge as the engineering background, according to the construction drawing design, establishing the FEM model with the Midas/Civil program, the paper makes simulating analysis of the various construction stages, analysising the stress characteristics of the various construction stages.One side, monitored the stress of ShiWan bridge in the text, analyzed the influence factors of stress monitor, focus on analysis of concrete shrinkage, creep, temperature of the main beam stress measurement, put forward the correction method of measuring stress, which use the strain sensor, and correct error of the main influence factors, got the real stress of main girder, the processing methed has a certain reference value for similar extradosed cable-stayed bridge. On the other hand, this paper introduced gray theory in the construction control of main beam stress, predicted the next segment stress, used the little sample data modeling and rolling optimization method to improve the forecasting accuracy, proved the GM (1,1) model practical application value in the practical engineering.
