This paper focuses on measurement techniques of concerning tunnel construction monitoring, based on the analysis of the existing tunnel construction monitoring techniques and theoretical,relys on the Xishan tunnel in Suifenhe, through the monitoring measurement and finite element numerical simulation analysis of construction. This paper studys the measuring scheme、monitoring methods and data processing and analysis monitoring of construction supervision of the low mountain tunnel, along with the mechanical problems in the every phase of low mountain tunnel construction, the achievements are below(1)On the basis of the summarized existing technology and engineering practices,expound the significance of the tunnel construction monitoring, put forward the basic principles of low mountain tunnel construction monitoring、implementation plans、monitoring data processing and curve fitting regression method;(2) Through monitoring and measurement to the surrounding rock deformation of Xishan tunnel, and data processing in every monitoring section.we could get regularity and characteristics of different surrounding rock displacement change; Meanwhile, through the non-linear regression to dynamic curve of monitoring data of, get fitting trend curve of monitoring data so as to evaluate stability of surrounding rock structure.(3) Through mechanics finite element simulation analysis of every section in the construction of soft and fractured surrounding rock section in Xishan tunnel tunnel, get the mechanical state of each construction stage by means of calculating.Through calculation we can see that larger bending moment and shear force emerged the two sidewalls and invert arch junction of the initial retaining structure of tunnel, the maximum axial force is located in the vault and nearby, the whole supporting structure is all under pressure, no tensile stress;(4) Based on the comparative analysis and commutative test of numerical simulation results and field measurement data, we get that displacement measured value is greater than calculated value, but the difference is small,so the calculated value is compliant with measured value.On the basis of through the monitoring measurement and finite element numerical simulation analysis of construction,the study plays an important role in ensuring construction safety and reasonably guiding the construction,and providing a reliable basis for the same type of tunnel design and construction.
